Continental breakfast will be served each morning. The morning sessions will start at 8:30 am. We will have a break in the morning and afternoon. Lunch will be served each day at 12:00 pm. There will be a Q&A session after each training session.

Day 1
Session 1
Link-Belt Dealer Setup and Administration
This session will focus on setting up dealer accounts, editing cranes/assets, adding customer info, and admin reports.
  • Overview of iCraneTrax
  • Setup dealer users
  • Finding cranes and editing info
  • Setting up customers and assigning them to their cranes
  • View all assets on a map
  • View and interpret admin reports
Session 2
Telematics/GPS reporting
This session will focus on the telematics portal.
  • Temporarily add cranes to your dealer accounts
  • Set up email reports
  • Access individual telematics data
  • Interpret telematics data
  • Diagnostic sessions and DM1 diagnostics
Day 2
Session 3
Maintenance, Alerts, Document Management
This session will focus on fleet maintenance and document management.
  • Set up maintenance alerts
  • Log maintenance in the alert system
  • Upload documentation and set alerts
  • Importing Link-Belt maintenance schedules
  • Create work orders
Session 4
iCraneTrax Admin and Account Setup
This session will focus on the administrative functions.
  • Setting up users, branches, employee classifications, quote rates
  • Set up job options, custom fields, company logo
  • Customize printed documentation: quotes, dispatch tickets, service agreements, T&C's
  • How to use administrative tools: transfer sales data, merge duplicate customers, login report, and export to .csv
  • Customize the calendars
  • Create employees, customers, cranes, and equipment databases
Day 3
Session 5
This session will focus on dispatch features.
  • Create potential jobs
  • Turn potential jobs into scheduled jobs
  • Create scheduled jobs
  • Time blocks
  • Sub-jobs
  • Run the scheduling conflict reports
Session 6
This session will focus on sales features.
  • Create potential jobs
  • Create quotes
  • Setup appointments
  • Run customer, appointment and sales reports
  • Map customers
