Website License Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our Services. If you are less than satisfied or believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at support@3dlp.net or by telephone at (904) 430-0355 immediately so that we can help you resolve the issue, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future Services.

When contacting us, please include any details relating to the Services you have purchased so that we can ensure you are completely satisfied with your website user experience. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to cancel an annual membership, you may apply to receive a prorated refund for the remaining time which has not been used. In order to apply for a refund relating to an annual membership, please email support@3dlp.net or call us at (904) 430-0355.

Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 15 business days before the event. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. These above policies apply to all A1A Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.

GPS/Telematics Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our Services. A refund minus a restocking fee of $75 will be granted on any authorized return of the product as long as it has not been installed.
